My sister June was a volunteer at an
animal shelter near Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
She worked as a waitress at a popular local restaurant. She was so passionate and motivated to find
homes for the shelter animals she wore buttons to work that had pictures of the
shelter animals. Many restaurant patrons would ask her about the shelter animal
she was wearing and consequently adopt that shelter animal. Isn’t’ that cool!
This blog is dedicated to my sister and her dog Lovit. Lovit was a beautiful yellow lab that loved everyone and everything. My blog will have stories about my sister and her love for animals. It will include heartwarming stories and many pictures. I promise you will Lovit!
